Shipping / Return Policy
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown your cost of shipping that will be applied. You will then have the option to proceed or not place your order if you change your mind.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
**Customization Orders, Bulk Orders and Clearance items are NOT eligible for returns and are all sales final.**
How To Return/Exchange An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your purchase receipt.
Defective merchandise will be repaired, replaced, or credited after we assess the product’s defectiveness. If after review we find that the product is defective, the customer will be sent a brand new replacement item free of charge.
1. Please email Support@letterbindustry.com for a return or exchange request and we will assess your claim. Include your original order/purchase # in the subject. Items being returned must be verified and be in like-new condition along with original packaging.
-Photo verification is required in order for us to verify the quality, condition and original packaging.
2. Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our fabulous care team, you will receive your tracking # /shipping label. We may reach out for additional information.
3. We ask that you Include inside your return package the original receipt/invoice for proof of purchase and tracking purposes so we can get you your fabulous new garments as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all of its original tags. Product showing any sign of wear, tear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
This return policy applies to domestic sales only.
Clearance Items, Bulk Orders, and Customizations are sold as "All Sales Final."
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. In addition, we do not refund original shipping and handling fee that was paid. All return requests are subject for review.
Exchanges
If your clothing item is still in its original packaging, contains all tags, in like-new condition, and a claim has been made within the 30 day window, buyer may exchange their item for a different size/color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but we still require payment on the return shipping.
All Exchange requests are subject for review.
